Traci Lynne – Exec. Administrator

Traci Lynne, host of Melodic Grooves, has always been surrounded by music. She grew to love many genres of this art form from classical to country at a very young age as a result of being exposed to them by a multi-talented family of vocalists and musicians. At the age of nine, she began playing the flute and experienced playing in a jazz band for the first time at age of eleven. Although she excelled on the flute, her primary instrument, she had a desire for more and learned how to play several other instruments. Her love for sharing her gift through teaching began while still in high school when she began teaching the basics of flute to elementary students. With over 30 years of experience as a flautist, she still enjoys sharing this gift whenever an opportunity is presented.

As a radio personality on Bonnerfide Radio, she acknowledges that this is another opportunity to be creative and share music in a completely different manner. Traci Lynne’s goal has been to make each episode of Melodic Grooves a palatable blend of music from the various sub-genres of jazz. “Some of our listeners are not familiar with jazz, so I am very selective about what I play. Bonnerfide Radio is known for playing good music and that’s a standard I intend to keep for Melodic Grooves.”

Tre Thomas - Production Manager

Tre Thomas – Production Manager

Tre Thomas
production manager

Tre Thomas has launched a music movement that will further break down the walls separating gospel and urban music. He infuses his fresh R&B sensibilities with messages that address real-life issues and reaffirm the fact that God cares, understands and loves us all unconditionally with a love that the walls of the church cannot confine.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Thomas realized his passion for music at a very early age. Although he grew up in church, R&B has always been his musical frame of reference. It’s his desire to stay true to what he knows artistically without overshadowing the message in his music. He attended the prestigious Howard University, where he was a member of the Howard Gospel Choir, and has been afforded the opportunity to sing background for Maurette Brown-Clark, Ted & Sheri, Tye Tribbett and DeWayne Woods.

Thomas counts among his greatest musical mentors the world-renowned Richard Smallwood, and was featured on his 2007 release, Journey-Live in New York, which debuted at no. 1 on Billboard’s Gospel chart. Thomas was featured as a new artist on the 30th season of BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel television show. He exudes a minimalist style, and his honest, warm vocal tones pay a befitting homage to his myriad musical influences Luther Vandross, Brandy, Eric Benet, Tweet, and Donald Lawrence.

Through his movement, Thomas conveys that it is okay to be current and different without compromising loving God and having an effective message to share with the WORLD.

In 2011, Thomas launched LoveLudes, a show concept that focuses on love for God and love for all people. He has two albums to his credit A Natural Contrast and his latest release Finally, which produced the popular singles “Finally” and “My Love Will Always Win”.
